Almond Butter Banana Quesadilla w/ Jam Dip

What happens when your kiddos ask for a PB&J but you just ran out of the usual ingredients? Try this delicious, easy recipe -- Almond Butter & Banana Quesadilla and a side of jam! Cut out the sodium using one of Angelic's Low Sodium Wraps. This recipe is perfect to make at home and takes less than 10 minutes.


  • Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Wraps
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Strawberry jam


  1. Slice banana into thin rounds
  2. Spread 2 tbsp of almond butter each, on 2 wraps
  3. Place banana slices on one wrap, and top with the other, almond butter side down
  4. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat
  5. Add quesadilla to pan and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes on each side
  6. Slice and serve with jam
  7. Enjoy!
