
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Crust
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- Bacon - chopped
- 3 eggs
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup scallions - chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Drizzle Flatzza Crust with olive oil
- Top crust with parmesan cheese
- Bake crust for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown
- Top crust with mozzarella
- Create 3 wells on the crust - crack 1 egg in each well
- Sprinkle bacon slices and scallions onto crust
- Bake for another 10 minutes until eggs are set
