- 1 bag Angelic Bakehouse Bread Crisps
- 16 oz. Brie cheese, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp honey
- Freshly ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 400° F and coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Top each bread crisp with pieces of brie.
- Put the cookie sheet in the oven for 2-5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Immediately transfer to the serving dish.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle on cracked pepper.
