These delicious buffalo chicken sliders are the ultimate party staple – with creamy buffalo chicken sandwiched in between a Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Grain Dinner Roll, you can’t go wrong!
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped dill
Instructions
- Shred cooked chicken breasts into thin strips
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with 1 cup buffalo sauce, 2 tbsp coconut milk. 1/4 tsp garlic, and a pinch of sea salt – set aside
- Mix together 1/4 cup greek yogurt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp of chopped dill
- Spread sauce onto one half of an Angelic Bakehouse Dinner Roll and top with a generous spoonful of buffalo chicken
