Cheeseburger Sliders

These Cheeseburger Sliders are juicy, beefy, and extra cheesy – the best things about classic burgers! These little sliders are quick and easy, make-ahead, and reheat great so they’re perfect for meal prep or gatherings. What's not to love about mini burgers?! 


  • Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
  • 1 1/4 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Onion, Grated
  • 3 Slices American Cheese
  • 3 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Strips Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Thousand Island
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Pickle Slices


  1. Preheat oven to 400 f
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and grated onion. Mix well
  3. Press half of ground beef mixture into a square baking dish. Layer all slices of american, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining beef mixture
  4. Weave 6 strips of bacon across top of ground beef
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Then broil until bacon is crisp
  6. While the burgers are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, thousand island, and hot sauce together
  7. Slice horizontally through all 9 slider buns, making a top and bottom "sheet" of buns
  8. Add tomatoes and lettuce to buns
  9. Strain grease from ground beef
  10. Add ground beef to buns
  11. Top with pickles and sauce
  12. Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!
