
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
- 1 1/4 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Onion, Grated
- 3 Slices American Cheese
- 3 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 Strips Bacon
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Thousand Island
- 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Pickle Slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 f
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and grated onion. Mix well
- Press half of ground beef mixture into a square baking dish. Layer all slices of american, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining beef mixture
- Weave 6 strips of bacon across top of ground beef
- Bake for 30 minutes. Then broil until bacon is crisp
- While the burgers are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, thousand island, and hot sauce together
- Slice horizontally through all 9 slider buns, making a top and bottom "sheet" of buns
- Add tomatoes and lettuce to buns
- Strain grease from ground beef
- Add ground beef to buns
- Top with pickles and sauce
- Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!
