Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
- Enchilada sauce
- Grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Crumbled cotija
- Lime
- Sunny side up eggs
- Sliced radish
- Diced red onion
- Avocado
- Sliced jalapeno
- Cilantro
- Sprouts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Bake Thin & Crispy Crust for 5 minutes
- Top with enchilada sauce
- Sprinkle grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Bake for about 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted
- Top with all the toppings you’d like: we used sunny side up eggs, sliced radishes, avocado, sliced jalapeno, diced red onion, cilantro, and sprouts
- Sprinkle generously with crumbled cotija
- Squeeze of lime juice around crust
