One part chilaquiles + one part Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust = one delicious sprouted whole grain chilaquizza. Your new favorite weekend brunch recipe!

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • Crumbled cotija
  • Lime
  • Sunny side up eggs
  • Sliced radish
  • Diced red onion
  • Avocado
  • Sliced jalapeno
  • Cilantro
  • Sprouts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Bake Thin & Crispy Crust for 5 minutes
  3. Top with enchilada sauce
  4. Sprinkle grated Monterey Jack cheese
  5. Bake for about 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted
  6. Top with all the toppings you’d like: we used sunny side up eggs, sliced radishes, avocado, sliced jalapeno, diced red onion, cilantro, and sprouts
  7. Sprinkle generously with crumbled cotija
  8. Squeeze of lime juice around crust
