Easiest Monkey Bread

The days of spending hours to make monkey bread are over. The secret: using Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns!


  • Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Separate Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
  4. Tear into pieces and place in large bowl- each bun should be separated into 4-6 pieces
  5. Take 1 egg, beaten, and pour over bun pieces. Toss together
  6. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture - toss to combine
  7. Melt 1 stick of butter and combine with 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  8. Pour 1/2 of butter brown sugar mixture onto bun pieces (be sure to reserve the other half) - stir to combine
  9. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray and add bread mixture to bundt pan
  10. Top with chopped walnuts and reserved butter brown sugar mixture
  11. Bake for 20 minutes - allow to col completely
  12. For icing: Put powdered sugar in bowl. Combine with 2 tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste. Stir
  13. Loosen edges of monkey bread in bundt pan when done cooling off. Flip upside down on serving tray and coat with icing
