
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick butter melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar
- Separate Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
- Tear into pieces and place in large bowl- each bun should be separated into 4-6 pieces
- Take 1 egg, beaten, and pour over bun pieces. Toss together
- Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture - toss to combine
- Melt 1 stick of butter and combine with 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- Pour 1/2 of butter brown sugar mixture onto bun pieces (be sure to reserve the other half) - stir to combine
- Spray bundt pan with cooking spray and add bread mixture to bundt pan
- Top with chopped walnuts and reserved butter brown sugar mixture
- Bake for 20 minutes - allow to col completely
- For icing: Put powdered sugar in bowl. Combine with 2 tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste. Stir
- Loosen edges of monkey bread in bundt pan when done cooling off. Flip upside down on serving tray and coat with icing
