
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Beet Wraps
- 1 14oz can refried black beans
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb pre-cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- Sour cream
- Shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c crumbled queso fresco
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Thinly sliced jalapeños
- Hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Toast wraps on a baking sheet until crisp, about 5 minutes
- In the meantime, heat refried beans in a pan over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add chicken and cumin to pan. Cook until chicken is heated through, about 5 minutes. Set aside
- Spread beans on bottom of tortilla. Top with chicken, sour cream, romaine and queso fresco
- Garnish with onion slices, jalapenos, and your favorite hot sauce
- Enjoy!
