Easy Reuben Dip

It's not St. Patrick's Day without a good ole fashion reuben dip! This dip was made to be paired with our Rye Caraway Crisps. It's better than a pot o' gold!

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse Rye Crisps
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz coarsely chopped corned beef
  • 1 c shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c thousand island dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400f
  2. Coat a large cast iron with nonstick spray
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, and dressing. Mix well
  4. Spread mix evenly into cast iron pan
  5. Bake until bubbling, about 15-20
  6. Serve with rye crisps and enjoy!
