- 1 12oz can of tuna
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain & unsweetened
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Squeeze of lemon
- Combine tuna, celery, onion, Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard in a large bowl, mixing until evenly combined.
- Add seasonings and lemon when serving.
- Serve as an opened faced sandwich using Angelic Bakehouse's Everything bread for extra flavor! *Can be meal prepped ahead of time, keep stored in fridge for freshness.
