Green & Greek Salad Pizza

Anyone else obsessed with Greek salad? 🙋 We can’t get enough of it, so naturally, we put it on a pizza! Load up an Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust with fresh greens, olives, artichokes, and red onion topped with feta cheese for a perfect, healthy dinner.


  • Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust, grilled
  • 2.5 oz spinach, picked and cleaned
  • 2 tbsp red onions, diced
  • 2 tbsp Kalamata olives, pitted and quartered
  • 1/2 cup (1 regular) Roma tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, grilled, quartered
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chiffonade
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette


  1. Spray a hot grill with grill pan release and grill the Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side; rotating 90 degrees halfway through
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, red onion, Kalamata olives, Roma tomatoes, artichokes, and fresh basil (or any fresh herbs you prefer)
  3. Toss the salad with Simply Dressed® Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette and stir to combine
  4. Arrange the salad on the Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust and sprinkle with the crumbled feta to finish
  5. Serve immediately!
