
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Everything Wraps
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thinly sliced strips
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain & unsweetened
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Parsley, chopped
- Arugula, chopped
- 1 lemon
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sliced chicken breasts, 1 tbs. minced garlic, oregano, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper and juice of 1/2 lemon. Mix well.
- Cook seasoned chicken breasts on medium heat with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil until chicken is cooked all the way through.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a new mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sriracha, 1 tbs. minced garlic, chopped parsley and juice of 1/2 lemon. Mix until smooth consistency.
- Dice red onion and tomato. Set aside.
- Take one Angelic Bakehouse Everything Wrap and add a handful of arugula, red onion, tomato and cooked chicken.
- Generously add spicy sauce to top of wrap mixture.
- Fold and enjoy!
