
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 c grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 1/2 lb sliced swiss cheese
- 8 oz sliced ham
- Dill pickle slices
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 c apricot preserves
- Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Butter each slice of bread. Sprinkle with parmigiano-reggiano and everything bagel seasoning
- Cheese side outwards, top 4 slices with swiss, ham, and pickles
- Mix mustard and preserves to spread on 4 separate slices
- Close sandwiches and place in a pan over medium heat
- Cook until crisp on outside and cheese inside is melted, about 3 minutes per side
- Cut in half and enjoy!
