
Ingredients
- 1 Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
- 6 slices of salami
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 ripe peaches
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp pesto
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt + pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. If you would like the crust to be extra crispy, put Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust in the oven without any toppings for 3-5 minutes
- Spread the Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust with pesto and sprinkle on the blue cheese
- Slice peaches and add to Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
- Add half of the basil
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt + pepper to your liking
- Put in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes / until the crust is golden brown, the peaches have caramelized, and the cheese has melted
- Remove from oven and add burrata and salami slices
- Let the burrata cheese warm up on the pizza for a few minutes
- Add the remaining basil
- Drizzle the Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust with honey
