Lentil Burgers

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse hamburger buns
  • 3 c cooked lentils
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 c chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro
  • Salt & pepper
  • Pickle slices
  • Spinach
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Mayo
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together everything except for sandwich toppings. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  2. Form into patties and fry in a medium skillet until burger is heated through, about 5 minutes per side
  3. Top with pickles, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, mayo and ketchup
  4. Serve & enjoy!
