
Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse hamburger buns
- 3 c cooked lentils
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c chopped parsley
- 1/2 c chopped cilantro
- Salt & pepper
- Pickle slices
- Spinach
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Mayo
- Ketchup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together everything except for sandwich toppings. Season with salt & pepper to taste
- Form into patties and fry in a medium skillet until burger is heated through, about 5 minutes per side
- Top with pickles, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, mayo and ketchup
- Serve & enjoy!
