A twist on a morning time favorite that’s sure to impress at any brunch! Don’t feel like sharing? It’s great on personal sized crust too!
Ingredients
- 1 Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
- 4 oz smoked nova lox
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh arugula, sprouts, or microgreens
- 8oz whipped cream cheese
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- ½ cup rough chopped fresh dill
- 1 lemon, zested
- ½ cups capers, drained, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Fold lemon zest, 1tbs everything bagel seasoning, ¼ C of dill and ¼ C of capers into whipped cream cheese
- Spread generously over warmed Flatzza Sprouted Pizza Crust following instructions on packaging
- Top flatbread with lox, red onion, cucumber, tomato and fresh arugula
- Finish with a sprinkling of your remaining dill, everything seasoning and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
