- Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Wraps
- 4 thin slices of ham
- 2 slices of swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
- Raspberry preserves
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Fill center of tortilla with cheese and ham. Fold both sides of wrap in, then fold the wrap flat to make a rectangle
- In a wide, shallow baking dish; whisk together the egg, almond milk, agave, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
- Heat butter in a pan over medium
- Coat wrap in batter and sear in pan until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side
- Top with raspberry preserves and sifted powdered sugar
- Enjoy!
