
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
- Strawberries
- Chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Remove crusts from bread and roll slices flat with a rolling pin
- Slice strawberries into long stick shapes
- Evenly spread hazelnut spread over bread
- Lay strawberry slices at one end of bread and roll bread up
- Whisk egg, almond milk, and cinnamon together in a shallow dish
- Dip rolled bread into the mixture & cook in pan over medium heat until crisp on all sides, about 4 minutes per side
- Sift powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
