Parmesan Thyme Bread Crust Treats

Craving something crunchy? Us too. There’s truly nothing better than crispy bread dipped in a fresh bowl of marinara, so we had to come up with a recipe for the perfect Parmesan crispy bread crust treat.


  • Angelic Bakehouse Whole Grain Bread
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c marinara sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350 f
  2. Cut crusts off of slices of bread – place centers aside
  3. Put bread crusts in bowl, evenly coat in olive oil
  4. Add parmesan cheese, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to bowl. Toss to coat evenly
  5. Spread crusts out on large baking tray
  6. Bake until golden brown, 5-8 minutes
  7. Serve with marinara for dipping and enjoy!
