Pineapple Chicken Sliders

These easy pineapple chicken sliders are made with my favorite sprouted whole grain Slider Buns! They are both a delicious easy lunch or a perfect dish to show up with at your next holiday party. These mini sandwiches make a great appetizer or a full meal - perfect for big or small families! With only a handful of ingredients, this dish comes together quick and easy. Enjoy!


  • Angelic Bakehouse Slider Buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 chicken thighs - cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup finely chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 red onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to Taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter to brush the buns


  1. Cut the whole grouping of buns in half horizontally
  2. Spice up the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Layer buns with all ingredients - chicken, pineapple, onion, cheese, and parsley
  4. Bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes
