
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse whole grain hamburger buns
- 4 portobello mushrooms, stems and grills removed
- 1/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- honey mustard
- tomato slices
- lettuce
- sliced red onion
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
- Whisk olive oil, garlic powder, mustard powder and worcestershire together in a medium bowl
- Dip mushroom caps in mixture and place mushrooms stem side down on a baking sheet. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Bake for 20 minutes, until softened
- Toast buns and spread with honey mustard. Top with mushroom cap, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Enjoy!
