Rainbow Veggie Sliders

Taste the rainbow this St. Patrick's Day with these colorful Rainbow Veggie Sliders! Stacked with all of our favorites like red pepper, shredded carrots, cucumber, and even red onion, these sliders are perfect for this spring holiday!

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse Whole Grain Slider Buns
  • 1-2 Tbs. Mayo per slider
  • Lettuce
  • Radish
  • Tomato
  • Orange bell pepper
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Red onion
  • Cucumber
  • Shredded carrot
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread mayo on top and bottom of slider buns. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut up veggies and assemble on top of one another on the bottom bun. Place the top bun, we used toothpicks to hold everything into place.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
