Reuben Roll Ups

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, we created these easy reuben roll ups on our green Kale + Spinach Wraps. Can someone say shamrockin' and rollin'? An easy but delicious way to put your corned beef and swiss cheese to use this holiday.

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse Kale & Spinach Wraps
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 3 tbs spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 15 slices swiss cheese
  • 14 oz thinly sliced corned beef
  • 14oz sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, mustard, and horseradish until well blended
  2. Spread a large spoonful of cream cheese mixture over each tortilla
  3. Layer wraps with corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut, and another spoonful of cream cheese mix. Roll tightly
  4. Chill the wraps for 1 hour and cut into 1/2 in slices. Serve and enjoy!
