Easy Salmon Burger

These salmon burgers with a light Cajun dill sauce will become your next healthy-meal obsession! The salmon patties are cooked to perfection and are insanely flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse Hamburger Buns
  • 1 1/2 Lbs Salmon Fillets, bones & skin removed
  • 1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 1 Cloved Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Dill Weed
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Lemon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add salmon to a food processor and pulse until salmon is lightly ground
  2. Transfer ground salmon to a large bowl. Add bread crumbs, egg, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Mix to combine
  3. Form salmon mixture into 6 patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, fry patties for about 4 minutes on each side
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the mayo, garlic, dill weed, lemon juice, mustard, and lemon pepper together to create a sauce for the patties
  5. Cut buns in half and smear sauce on one side. Place salmon burger on top and enjoy!
