
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Whole Grain Wraps
- 20 oz can jackfruit, drained
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/4 head of lettuce, sliced thinly
- 1/2 c dairy free sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Diced tomato
- Cilantro
- Pickled red onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and heat a pan to medium heat
- Oil pan and add jackfruit
- Cook jackfruit through (3-4) minutes, and shred with a fork in the pan
- Add taco seasoning along with 1/3 c of water. Mix well
- Cook for 1-2 more minutes and remove from heat
- Distribute jackfruit mixture evenly onto wraps
- Roll wraps tightly and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway
- Combine dairy free sour cream, hot sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Top flautas with lettuce, sour cream mixture, onions, tomato, and fresh cilantro
- Serve & enjoy!
