Super Bowl Buffalo Chicken Sliders

A sure to be crowd favorite, these Buffalo Chicken Sliders will be scoring touchdowns off the field.


  • 1 package Angelic Bakehouse Whole Grain Slider Buns
  • 3 C. shredded chicken
  • Green onions
  • 1/2 C. buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 C. ranch
  • 1 package of chicken seasoning
  • Mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1/4 C. melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine shredded chicken, chicken seasoning, hot sauce and ranch.
  3. Chop up ends of the green onions, and add to the chicken mixture. Stir together.
  4. Add chicken mixture to the bottom half of the slider buns, be sure to spread it to the edges.
  5. Add four slices of mozzarella cheese to top the chicken mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with oregano and Italian seasoning.
  7. Place the top half of buns on top and brush the top of the buns with the melted butter mixture.
  8. Cook sliders at 350° F for 20 minutes or until they are nice and crispy on top.
  9. Remove from oven, slice and serve!
