Toasted Marshmallow Stacks

This toasted marshmallow stack is a warm and gooey masterpiece! Have fun with the kiddos in the kitchen and build this stack out of toasted bread, almond butter, banana, and marshmallows.


  • Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 marshmallows


  1. Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with tin foil
  2. Slice banana into thin rounds
  3. Cut 4 bread slices in half
  4. Smear almond butter on bottom piece of bread. Add 2 slices of banana
  5. Repeat these steps, adding almond butter on both sides
  6. Stack 3 bread slices high
  7. Cut marshmallows in half and place on top
  8. Place on baking sheet and broil until marshmallows are browned, about 3 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and enjoy!
