
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Buddy Crust
- Daiya dairy-free Mozzarella Style Shreds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 red potatoes – thinly sliced
- 2-3 habaneros – thinly sliced
- Red onion to taste
- Vegan Parmesan
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Warm up pizza oven (400F)
- Lightly coat your Flatzza Crust with olive oil and put in pizza oven for 2 minutes to heat up
- Take crust out of pizza oven and top with Daiya mozerella cheese
- Add thin slices of potatoes, habaneros, and red onion
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
- Put in pizza oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown
- Remove from pizza oven and top with cilantro
- Top with vegan Parmesan
- Enjoy!
