Your normal french toast just got a major #upgrade. This vegan french toast is loaded up with all the best ingredients to elevate your next breakfast
Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse 7-Grain bread
- 1 cup of nut milk
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 3 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Butter
- Blueberries
- Vegan yogurt
Instructions
- Mix nut butter, maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl
- Place each slice of vegan bread into mixture and let ingredients soak for 5-10 seconds on each side of bread
- Remove bread and put on a hot skillet with butter
- Cook 2 minutes each side
- Layer slices with yogurt, blueberries, and extra cinnamon on top
