
White Peach Balsamic Pizza

Ingredients
- Angelic Bakehouse Thin & Crispy Crust
- 1 tbsp basil pesto
- 2/3 c ricotta cheese
- 1 fresh white peach
- 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c baby arugula
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F
- Mix ricotta and basil pesto together. Spread over top of crust
- Place freshly sliced white peaches on top
- Add dollops of mozzarella cheese on top
- Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp, about 10 minutes
- Sprinkle baby arugula on top
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and olive oil
- Slice & enjoy!
