Fiesta Flatzza

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza™ Crust
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite jarred salsa
  • 15 oz can of black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 large Hass avocado
  • 5 big leaves of romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F
  2. Drain and rinse your beans. Set aside to drain off excess water
  3. Chop your Roma tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and romaine lettuce
  4. Lay out the Flatzza™ crust on a clean work surface
  5. With a spoon, spread the 3/4 cup of jarred salsa on the crust, leaving a 1/2 inch on the perimeter for the crust
  6. Put the frozen corn, Roma tomatoes, red onion, and the drained and rinsed canned beans of choice on the crust
  7. Place the loaded Flatzza™ crust on the oven rack
  8. Let the crust cook for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are a light golden brown
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool
  10. Place the avocado and chopped romaine lettuce on pizza
  11. Slice into pieces and serve!
