Anyone else in the mood for pizza, but want to try something different? C’mon, you can only eat pepperoni pizza so many times before it gets a little boring. We’ve been playing with many different combos, but this Just Peachy! Pizza on our sprouted grain Flatzza® crust is one of our favorites lately. It has it all … peaches, salami, and burrata. Yes please!

  • 1 Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza® Crust
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 ripe peaches
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt + pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
    1. If you would like the crust to be extra crispy, put Flatzza Crust in the oven without any toppings for 3-5 minutes
  2. Spread the Flatzza Crust with pesto and sprinkle on the blue cheese
  3. Slice peaches and add to Flatzza Crust
  4. Add half of the basil
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt + pepper to your liking
  6. Put in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes / until the crust is golden brown, the peaches have caramelized, and the cheese has melted
  7. Remove from oven and add burrata and salami slices
  8. Let the burrata cheese warm up on the pizza for a few minutes
  9. Add the remaining basil
  10. Drizzle the Flatzza Crust with honey
