A twist on a morning time favorite that’s sure to impress at any brunch!  Don’t feel like sharing?  It’s great on personal sized Flatzza Buddy too!

  • 1 Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Sprouted Pizza Crust
  • 4 oz smoked nova lox 
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced 
  • ½ cup fresh arugula, sprouts, or microgreens 
  • 8oz whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning 
  • ½ cup rough chopped fresh dill  
  • 1 lemon, zested 
  • ½ cups capers, drained, roughly chopped


  1. Fold lemon zest, 1tbs everything bagel seasoning, ¼ C of dill and ¼ C of capers into whipped cream cheese
  2. Spread generously over warmed Flatzza Sprouted Pizza Crust following instructions on packaging
  3. Top flatbread with lox, red onion, cucumber, tomato and fresh arugula
  4. Finish with a sprinkling of your remaining dill, everything seasoning and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
