Mediterranean Hummus Pizza

Flatzza Crust. Hummus. Fresh veggies. ‘Nuff said!


Israeli Salad

  1. 1 pint grape tomatoes (red or multi-colored) sliced
  2. 3 mini/snacking cucumbers, thick sliced
  3. 1 red bell pepper, large dice
  4. 1 green bell pepper, large dice
  5. 1 red onion sliced
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
  9. 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  10. 1 tbsp fresh mint or basil, chopped
  11. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  12. 2 tbsp olive oil


Israeli Salad

  1. Combine all ingredients, refrigerate, and allow to marinate for 30 minutes

Salad Flatzza

  1. Prepare the Israeli Salad ahead of time per the supporting recipe
  2. Pre-heat the grill/oven to 400F
  3. Brush crust with 1/2 tsp of oil on each side and cook on the grill or in oven until brown and crispy – about 4 minutes
  4. After the Flatzza is cooked, spread the red pepper hummus over the entire crust in an even layer
  5. With a slotted spoon, place the prepared Israeli Salad on top of the hummus – spreading evenly as well
  6. Place the mixed greens on top of the Israeli salad followed by the Israeli couscous
  7. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon evenly over the salad mixture, followed by the olive oil
  8. Finish with crumbled feta and serve!
