Theyʼre here via phone, email and social if you need nutritional facts, product recommendations, a killer enchilada recipe (we have several), a refund or just a reason to smile. Seriously, reach out. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may reach out to us within 14 days of purchase (please have dated proof of purchase) for either a refund or a free replacement.

To process your refund, we will need a copy of a dated proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the reason why you are not completely satisfied with our product. We reserve the right to verify all purchases. Refunds and replacements are limited to the original purchaser and to only one item per customer. We reserve the right to deny any request for a refund/new product that we believe, in our absolute discretion, is abusive of the guarantee policy. All refunds are issued via checks and you will need to provide us with a valid U.S. or Canadian address in order to receive your refund or replacement item.
