PB&J French Toast Kabobs

Call the kiddos – brunch is served! Kabobs are the best way to add sprinkles of fun to your meal. We’re obsessed with these peanut butter & jelly French toast kabobs! They’re simple, healthy, and so fun to make at home. Add some fresh fruit to bring some extra sweetness!



  1. Spread jam on 4 slices of bread
  2. Top slices with sliced strawberries, distributing evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  3. Spread peanut butter on remaining 4 slices of bread, place on top of slices with strawberries
  4. Lightly grease a griddle or large pan and heat over medium
  5. In a wide, shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, 3 tbsp syrup and vanilla until blended
  6. Dip both sides of sandwiches in egg mixture, soaking each side for a few seconds
  7. Place sandwiches on pan and toast for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown
  8. Take sandwiches off heat and brush with remaining 2 tbsp of syrup
  9. Cut sandwiches into quarters
  10. On skewers, thread french toast and halved strawberries
  11. Enjoy!
