This pizza checks all the boxes – a little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of deliciousness! Who knew that adding grilled peaches to your pizza was the best secret ingredient ever?!

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F
  2. Toast Flatzza in oven for 5-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy
  3. Once toasted, brush entire Flatzza with pesto
  4. Top with torn slices of fresh mozzarella and return to oven directly on the rack in the center until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 3 minutes)
  5. Remove the Flatzza and cut into desired number of slices
  6. Top Flatzza with spinach and grilled peaches. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze
  7. Serve!
