Vegan Yogurt French Toast

Your normal french toast just got a major #upgrade. This vegan french toast is loaded up with all the best ingredients to elevate your next breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Angelic Bakehouse 7-Grain bread
  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Blueberries
  • Vegan yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix nut butter, maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl
  2. Place each slice of vegan bread into mixture and let ingredients soak for 5-10 seconds on each side of bread
  3. Remove bread and put on a hot skillet with butter
  4. Cook 2 minutes each side
  5. Layer slices with yogurt, blueberries, and extra cinnamon on top
