White Cheddar & Apple Pizza

Is there anything better than fall flavors? The correct answer is yes. We are fully prepared to load up allll the pizza crusts with white cheddar, pancetta, and fresh apples, because it’s only right.


  • Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza Crust 
  • 1 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup aged white cheddar, shredded
  • 1 oz pancetta, diced
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1/4 each fuji apple, skin on, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz champagne vinaigrette
  • 3-4 sprigs thyme, fresh

Champagne Vinaigrette

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 tsp shallot, minced
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 turns black pepper


Champagne Vinaigrette

  1. Combine mustard, vinegar, shallot, and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk together to combine. While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in olive oil
  2. Season with salt and fresh pepper to taste
  3. Use immediately or refrigerate for 3-5 days
  4. Shake well before using

White Cheddar & Apple Pizza

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F
  2. Toast Flatzza in oven for 5-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy
  3. Once toasted, brush entire Flatzza with extra virgin olive oil
  4. Top with white cheddar, pancetta, and black pepper to taste and return to oven, directly on the rack in the center, until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 3 minutes)
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the arugula, sliced apple, salt and pepper with the champagne vinaigrette and thoroughly coat
  6. Remove the Flatzza and cut into desired number of slices
  7. Top with salad mixture, in the middle, and finish with thyme sprigs
  8. Serve immediately
